I absolutely adored the elegant and tasteful decor of Somerset Sudirman Jakarta. The hotel's general areas were beautifully designed, with a touch of sophistication and comfort. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with spacious hallways and easy-to-navigate elevators. It made me feel at ease during my stay.

I would have appreciated a more senior-friendly approach from the children working there when it comes to the availability of food and drinks after 21:00. Perhaps extending the kitchen's closing time or offering a 24-hour room service would have made my vacation even better.

A gym was available. Staff was helpful and provided us with climate control, a personal safe and multi-channel television.

the check-in process was easy and the staff were very friendly. They even accommodated our extra bed request immediately. the room was a studio apartment with a full-size fridge, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. It also had a nice balcony with a view. the location was very convenient, close to the main shopping malls, and only 30 minutes from the airport. The pool was lovely, and the buffet breakfast offered delicious Indonesian staple foods. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 👍.
